I didn't think you did so bad. The problem with GG for 1v1 is that whoever gets the first kill gets a pretty big advantage, and a small lead becomes a big one pretty fast. Also knife level is almost impossible on lots of levels if your opponent isnt also on knife. I think some adjustments would make it a bit more fair.
